Chap. 339.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 369 of the Extra
Session Acts, 1887, entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter
413 Session Acts, 1885-6, entitled an act to prescribe the time for
holding the terms of the courts of the eighth judicial circuit, ap-
proved May 21, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter three hundred and sixty-nine of Extra-Session Acts,
eigeteen hundred and eighty-seven, entitled an act to amend
and re-enact chapter four hundred and thirteen, Session Acts,
eighteen hundred and eighty-five and six, entitled an act to
prescribe the time for holding of the terms of the courts of
the eighth judicial circuit, approved May twenty-first, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-seven, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
§1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
there shall be held annually in the eighth judicial circuit of
this state two terms of the circuit court as follows, to wit:
In the county of Elizabeth City, on the second Tuesday in
March and September.
In the county of Warwick, on the third Tuesday in March
and September.
In the county of York, on the fourth Tuesday in March
and September.
In the county of Accomac, on the first Tuesday in April
and October.
In the county of Northampton, on the third Tuesday in
April and October. ,
n the county of New Kent, on the fourth Tuesday in
April and October.
In the county of James City and the city of Williamsburg,
on the second Tuesday in May and November.
In the county of Charles City, on the third Tuesday in
May and November.
2. This act shall be in force from and after July the first,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
