Chap. 336.—An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 1 and 4 of an act
entitled an act to incorporate the Bristol-Goodson street railway
company.
Approved March 1, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That sections
one and four of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Bris-
tol-Goodson street railway, approved May fourteenth, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-seven, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as fellows:
§1. That C. E. Finch, A. S. McNeil, George W. Hammitt,
A. D. Reynolds, William F. Rhea, John M. Bailey, J. H.
Wood, and George A. Blackman, or such of them as shall,
within sixty days, accept the provisions of this act, and their
associates and successors, be and they are hereby constituted
a body corporate, by the name and style of the Bristol-Good-
son street railway company.
§4. The capital stock of said company shall not be less
than two thousand dollars, nor more than fifty thousand dol-
lars, divided into shares of one hundred dollars each. And
the said company shall have the right to issue its bonds bear-
ing interest at not exceeding six per centum, secured by mort-
gage upon its real and personal properties, franchises and
earnings, to an amount not exceeding one hundred thousand
dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
