Chap. 332.—An ACT for the protection of game in the county of
King William.
Approved March 1, 1888.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall not be lawful for any person to kill or capture deer
in the county of King William, between the first day of Feb-
ruary and the first day of October in each year.
2. It shall not be lawful to kill or capture partridges in
the said county between the first day of March and the first
day of November of each year.
3. It shall not be lawful to kill or capture wild turkeys in
said county between the fifteenth day of March and the first
day of November of each year.
4. Any person violating the provisions of this act, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof betore
any court or justice of the peace, shall be fined twenty
dollars.
5. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this act are hereby repealed.
6. This act shall be in force from its passage.
