Chap. 254.—An ACT authorizing the deputy tresauners of Caroline and
Hanover counties to collect delinquent taxes.
Approved February 24, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
W.R. W. Garrett, deputy treasurer of Caroline county, and
W. 5S. Talley, deputy treasurer of Hanover county, be allowed
the further time of one year within which to distrain and
levy for and collect tax-tickets still in their hands uncollected
and not returned delinquent, for which they have accounted
to the state for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-three,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, eighteen hundred and
eighty-five, and eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
