1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, (two-.
thirds of both houses concurring) That the disabilities of:
Daniel P. Curtis, incurred under clause three of section one
of article three of the constitution of Virginia, with refer-
ence to duelling, be and the same are herelfy removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
