B. Sydnor, deputy collectors for A. R. Green, treasurer of Halifax
county, six months to collect any uncollected tax-tickets in their
ae and not returned delinquent for 1882, 1883, 1884, 1885, and

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
A. R. Green, treasurer of Halifax county, and J. H. Franklin,
W. P. Carter, John S. Price, W. T. Croxton, and P. B.
Sydnor, deputy collectors for A. R. Green, treasurer of Hali-
fax county, be allowed six months time from the passage of
this act to distrain and levy for and collect any uncollected
tax-tickets still in their hands and not returned delinquent
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-two, three, four,
five, and six for which said treasurer has accounted to the
auditor of public accounts of the state and the board of
supervisors of Halifax county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
