Chap. 107.—An ACT to allow Wm. O. Yager, treasurer of Page county,
Virginia, further time to distrain, levy for, and collect certain taxes
and levies for which he has accounted to the state and county.
Approved February 8, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That.
William O. Yager, treasurer of Page county, be allowed one
year from the passage of this act, in which to distrain, levy
for and collect any uncollected taxes and levies in his hands
for any year, not exceeding five years before December first,
eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, not returned delinquent,
and for which he has accounted to the state and county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
