Chap. 68.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the several school dis-
tricts in the counties of Hanover, Henry, Franklin, and Charlotte,
to expend the county sehool fund apportioned to their respective
districts in the erection and repair of public school buildings.

Approved April 11, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general asnerabily of Virginia, That
the trustees of the public schools for the several school dis-
tricts in the counties of Hanover, Henry, Franklin, and Char-
lotte, be and they are hereby authorized whenever in their
judgment they may decm it best with the approval of the
superintendent of schools of said counties respectively, to
expend any portion ol the county school fund apportioned to
their respective districts, which may remain unexpended at
the close of their present school year, or which they may
have apportioned to them for the next three years, in the
erection of new schoolhouses or in the repair of public school-
houses already built.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
