Chap. 311.—An ACT for the relief of John E. Hughes.
Approved May 20; 1887.
Whereas the judge of the circuit court of Pittsylvania
county, having certified in due form according to law, that
in his opinion John E. Hughes should be relieved of a fine
imposed upon him by the county court of Pittsylvania county;
therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the genoral assembly of Virginia, That
John E. Hughes, of the county of Pittsylvania, is hereby re-
lieved and discharged from the payment of a fine of twenty
dollars imposed by the county,court of said county, for a
trespass upon the lands of John EH. Taylor.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
