in Southampton county, to Impose a tax on dogs.

Approved May 20, 1887.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virgi
the council of the town of ‘Franklin, in Southampto
shall have the power to impose such taxes and re
upon the dogs in said town as the said council m
wise and proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
