Chap. 268.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of Barbour school dis-
trict of Orange county to sell portion of lot belonging to school No.
3, in said district.

Approved May 16, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
J. C. Harrison, J. F. Johns, and Conway Newman, trustees of
Barbour district of the county of Orange, be and they are
hereby authorized to sell two acres of lot of land belonging
to school number three in said district; the funds arising from
said sale to be used for such purposes as the said trustees may
find necessary for repairing or building houses in said dis-
trict.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
