Chap. 140.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Catocton Pres-
byterian church of Waterford, Loudoun county, Virginia, to borrow
money and sell certain property.

Approved May 6, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustecs of the Catocton Presbyterian church, of the
town of Waterford, Loudoun county, Virginia, or their suc-
cessors, shall have power to borrow money to an amount not
excecding three thousand dollars, and execute deeds of trust
on any property held by them in trust to secure the same;
and also shall have power, and authority is hereby given
them, to sell and convey said property.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
