Chap. 113.—An ACT to allow David Koontz, former treasurer of Page
county, further time to distrain, levy, and collect certain tax tickets
and license taxes, for which he has accounted to the State.
Approved May 2, 1887.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
David Koontz, former treasurer of Page county, be allowed
the further time of two years from the passage of this act in
which to distrain and levy tor and collect any uncollected tax
tickets, licenses, taxes. and levies in bis bands for any year not
exceeding tive years, before December first, eighteen hundred
and cighty- six, not returned delinquent, and for which he has
accounted to the State.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
