Chap. 110.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 6 of an act ap-
proved February 8, 1586, entitled an act to incorporate the Morotock
manufacturing company.
Approved May 2, 1887.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section six of chapter one hundred and one of an act to in-
corporate the Morotock manufacturing company, approved
February eighth, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 6. Said company may receive in subscription to its capi-
tal stock, money, lands, real and personal estate, water power
and water rights attached thereto, factory buildings, fac ‘tory
fixtures, and milling and manulacturity apparatus and ma-
chinery, at a valuation to be agreed upon between said com-
pany and the subscribers to the capital stock thereof; and
said company shall be authorized and empowered to use, de-
velop, and utilize its property, water powers and water
rights in such manner and to such an extent as may bo most
conducive to its successful operation and best interest.
2. This act shall be in force from ite passage.
