Chap. 71.—An ACT to allow the Treasurer of Prince William Count:
to collect by levy certain tax-bills not returned delinquent.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, Tha
it shall be lawful for W. W. Kincheloe, treasurer of Princ
William county, to collect by levy all tax-bills assessed for th
years eighteen hundred and eighty, eighteen bundred anc
eighty-one, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, and eighteer
hundred and eighty-three, which have not been returned de
linquent: provided, however, that the right to collect the saic
tax-bills by levy shall not continue beyond one year from th
passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
