Chap. 477.—An ACT to authorize the school trustees of Newbern
district, Pulaski county, to sell and convey certain property.

Approved March 6, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of school trustees of Newbern district, in Pulaski
county, be and are hereby authorized to sell and convey the
house and lot in said town, conveyed to the said board by J.
E. W. Lane, adjoining the lot of W. T. Carpers and others,
and known in the plan of said town as lot number eleven, and
invest the proceeds arising from the sale thereof in other
school property, at a more suitable and convenient place in said
district.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
