Chap. 460.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the terms of
the Ninth judicial circuit.

Approved March 6, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the. general assembly, That the circuit
courts of the ninth judicial circuit shall hold terms hereafter at
the times and places hereafter specified, to-wit: Essex, eigh-
teenth of March and September; Middlesex, twenty- -fifth of
March and September; King William, first Monday i in April
and October; Mathews, fifteenth day of April and October;
Northumberland, Wednesday next after the fourth Monday in
April and October; Lancaster, Friday next after the fourth
Monday in April and October; Gloucester, Wednesday next
after the second Monday in May and November; King & Queen,
Thursday after, the third Monday in May and November.

2. This act shall be in force from the first day of January,
eighteen hundred and_,eighty-seven.
