Chap. 443.—An ACT to allow Jas. A. Tilman, treasurer of Powhatan
county, further time to levy and collect certain tickets, license and

levies.
Approved March 6, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
James A. Tilman, treasurer of Powhatan county, be and he is
hereby allowed the further time of twelve months from the date
of the passage of this act in which to levy and collect all tax-
tickets, licenses, taxes and levies in his hands for the years
eighteen hundred and eigthy-two and eighty-three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
