Chap. 40.—An ACT to amend an act respecting wild game, approved
March 18, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section three of chapter five hundred and fourteen of Acts of
eighteen hundred and eighty-three and eighteen hundred eighty-
four, in so far as it relates to Londoun county, be amended and
re-enacted, so as to read as follows:
§3. The board of supervisors of Loudoun county, at their
July meeting, shall award a premium of fifty cents for each
fox scalp, and fifty cents for each scalp of chicken-hawk or
owl, except screech owl, upon satisfactory evidence that the
same were respectively killed within the limits of the county,
and by the person in whose behalf the same may be presented,
to be paid on warrant of said board on the county treasurer.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
