Chap. 4.—An ACT to re-enact section 9 of an act approved Febru
21, 1882, entitled an act to incorporate the Fauquier and Rappahannoc
ilroad Company, as amended by an act approved January 28, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section nine of an act approved February twenty-first, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, incorporating the Fau-
quier and Rappahannock railroad company, as amended by an
act in force January twenty-eighth, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-four, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows: . ,

§ 9. The road herein authorized to be constructed shall be
commenced within two years from the first day of January,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and completed to
Sperryville within three years after that date.

2. “This act shall be in force from its passage.
