CHAP. 358.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Clarke
county to sell and convey to the association of the survivors of the
Clarke cavalry a part of the public square in Berryville in said

county. ;
Approved March 1, 1886.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Clarke county be and it is hereby
authorized to sell or donate and convey to the association of
the survivors of the Clarke cavalry a part of the public square
in Berryville in said county, not to exceed twenty-five feet in
diameter, for the purpose of erecting thereon a memorial mon-
ument to their deceased comrades in arms.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
