Chap. 349.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to
dispose of certain Virginia Reports on hand and in the custody of
the librarian, approved February 12, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled an act to dispose of certain Virginia Reports on
hand and in the custody of the librarian, approved February
twelve, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, be amended and re-
enacted, so as to read as follows:

§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the secretary of the commonwealth and general librarian be
and he is hereby authorized to sell, at a uniform price to be
fixed by the library committee, the Virginia Reports on hand
and unsold, to any person or persons wishing to purchase the
same, whether residents of this or another state, reserving only
so many copies of each volume as the said library committee
may deem necessary for the use of the state. _

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
