Chap. 341.—An ACT for the relief of Wm. J. Kilgore, clerk of Wise
county and circuit courts.
Approved March 1, 1886.

eighteen hundred and eighty-four, sent to the auditor of public
accounts a check for fifty-one dollars, to be credited on his ac-
count as clerk of Wise county and circuit court; and whereas,
the drawer of said check became insolvent, and by reason of
the delay of the auditor in presenting the same for payment the
check was not paid:
1. Therefore, be it enacted by the general assembly of Vir-
ginia, That the auditor of public accounts shall credit the said
Kilgore, on Itis settlement as such clerk, with said sum of fifty-
one dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
