CHAP. 333.-—An ACT to pay H. Hughes’ administrator fifty-nine dol-
lars and ninety-five cents in full of jailer’s fees against the com-
monwealth.

Whereas the county court of Campbell, at its October term
eighteen hundred and seventy-orfe, audited and ordered to be
certified for payment an account of Hugh Hughes, then ser-
geant of Lynchburg, against the commonwealth for fifty-nine
dollars and ninety-five cents, amount of his jailer’s fees which
has never been paid; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts, be and he is directed to draw
his warrant on the treasurer in favor of John W. Hughes,
administrator of Hugh Hughes, deceased, for the sum of fifty-
nine dollars and ninety-five cents, in payment of the said claim.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
