Chap. 319.—An ACT for relief of C. W. Sullivan, treasurer of Mont-
gomery county.

Approved March 1, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
C. W. Sullivan, treasurer of Montgomery county, be and he is
hereby authorized to collect in the manner prescribed by law,
such tickets for state taxes and county levies as yet remain in
his hands uncollected for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-
two, three, four, which have not been returned as delinquent;.
provided the same be collected within one year from the pass-
age of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
