Chap. 310.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Char-
lotte county to allow the jailer of the said county compensation for
fuel furnished the jail of said county.

Approved March 1, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Charlotte county be and it is hereby
authorized to allow to the jailer of said county a sum_not ex-
ceeding fifty dollars per annum from the first day of January,
eighteen hundred and eighty, for fuel furnished to the jail of
said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
