CHAP. 255.—An ACT to declare Smith’s river, in the county of
Henry, between certain points, a lawful fence.
Approved February 26, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, Tha
the banks of Smith’s river, between Roland’s ford and th
mouth of Marrowbone, be and the same are hereby declared :
lawful fence.
2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act ar
hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
