Chap. 242.—An ACT to authorize the Board of Commissioners of
Leesburg district, in Loudoun county, to make an additional levy
for road expenditures, not exceeding five hundred dollars.

Approved February 26, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of road commissioners of Leesburg district in Lou-
doun county, be and they are hereby authorized to levy a tax
not exceeding five hundred dollars, to provide for extraordi-
nary expenses incurred during this winter, in addition to the
tax now authorized; said sum to be levied, extended and col-
lected as now provided by law in said district.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
