CHAP. 239.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act to repeal the act
passed January 26, 1866, relating to fences, so far as said act applies
to Little Mill election district, in the county of Sussex, approved
March 7th, 1884.
Approved February 26, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act passed January twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and
sixty-six, relating to fences, and to the protection of crops, be
and the same is hereby repealed, so far as said act applies to
the Little Mill election district in the county of Sussex.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act be and
the same are hereby repealed... —
3. This act shall not be in force until the first day of Janu-
ary, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
