Chap. 161.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the 13th section of an
act entitled an act to incorporate Cumberland College, in Lee
County, approved March 3, 1880.

Approved February 18, 1S%6.

1. Be it enacted’ by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the thirteenth section of an act entitled an act to incorpo-
rate Cumberland College, in Lee county, approved March
third, eighteen hundred and eighty, be. amended and re-
enacted, so as to read as follows:

§ 13. That the county court of Lee county shall not grant a
license to any person to sell malt or spirituous liquors within
three miles of the said college.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
