Chap. 122.—An ACT fixing the time for holding courts in the 13th
judicial circuit.
_Approved February 12, 1886.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts for the several counties composing’ the thir-
teenth judicial circuit shall hereafter be held at the following
times, to wit: Rockbridge, March first and September first;
Alleghany, March twenty-fifth and August twenty-fifth; Rock-
ingham, April first and October tenth; Bath, April ‘twenty-
fifth and September twenty-fifth; Highland, May third and
October third; Augusta, May tenth and November tenth.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
