Chap. 79.—An ACT to relieve R. J. Caldwell from the payment of a
fine.

Approved November 22, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
R. J. Caldwell, of Washington county, be and he is hereby
relieved from all liability on account of a fine for fifty dollars
imposed upon him by a judgment of the county court of
Wythe county, on account of a violation of the revenue laws
of the commonwealth; and all costs which have accrued on
said judgment are hereby remitted. ~

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
