Chap. 47.—An ACT to allow the county school board of Spotsylvania
county to use a part of the school fund to erect echoolhouses.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the board of school trustees of the
several school districts of Spotsylvania county to use the
surplus county school funds to enable them to build and re-
pair schoolhouses in the several districts ot said county, or so
much thereof as they may deem necessary, from the first day
of 4 ust, eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
