Chap. 86.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act passed January 11,
1877, entitled an act to amend and re-enact the 11th section of an act
entitled an act prescribing the Times for Holding the Courts of the
tenth, eleventh, thirteenth, and fifteenth Judicial Circuits, approved
March 29, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act approved January eleventh, eighteen hundred and
seventy-seven, known as an act to amend and re-enact the
eleventh section of an act entitled an act prescribing the
times for holding the courts of the tenth, eleventh, thirteenth,
and fifteenth judicial circuits, approved March twenty-ninth,
eighteen hundred and seventy-five, be amended and re-enacted
so ax to read as follows:
Prince William—Second Monday in October and May.
Fairfax—Second Monday in June and November.
Loudoun—Fourth Monday in April, third Monday in Octo-
ber, and third Monday in January.
Fauquier—Tuesday atter the first Monday in September,
second Monday in December, and Tuesday after first Monday
in April.
Rappahannock—Tuesday after third Monday in May, and
Tuesday after third Monday in November.
Alexandria city—Third Monday in March, and fourth Mon-
day in September.
Alexandria county—Third Monday in May, and Wednes-
day after first Monday in November.
2. This act shall be in force from its passave.
