Chap. 78.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Christian church
at Lynchburg, to borrow money and secure by deed,of trust.

Approved February 7, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly ot Virginia, That
the trustees of the Christian church at Lynchburg, Virginia,
be, and they are hereby authorized to borrow an amount? of
money not exceeding two thousand dollars, at a rate of in-
terest not exceeding eight per centum per annum, and secure
the same by deed of trust upon the property of the said
church.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
