Chap. 68.—An ACT to abolish the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit and to
re-arrange the Twelfth and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits.
Approved January 31, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Warren, Shenandoah and
Page shail constitute the twelfth judic ial circuit.
2. The counties of Augusta, Rockbridge, Bath, Highland,
Alleghany and Rockingham shall constitute the thirteenth
judicial circuit.
3. The judge of the twelfth judicial circuit, as consti-
tuted by this act, shall receive an increase of two hundred
dollars annually in the salary now paid him by law, and the
judge of the thirteenth judicial circuit, as constituted by
this act, shall receive an increase of three hundred dollars
annually in the salary now paid him by law.
4, All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repcaled, and this act shall be in force from its passage.
