Chap. 553.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act declaring the
James river to condemnation line of the James river and Kanawha
canal and the dividing lines of the farms, within certain limits, and in
the county of Amherst, a lawful fence, approved February 27, 1879.
Approved March 19, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act approved February twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred
and seventy-nine, entitled an act declaring the James river
to condemnation line of the James river and Kanawha canal
and the dividing lines of the farms, within certain limits, and
in the county of Amberst, a lawful fence, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
