Chap. 519.—An ACT to refund to the Virginia State Agricultural So-
ciety the sum of three hundred and sixty-two dollars, paid by it as
license fees at its exhibition on October 31st, and November Ist and
2d, 1883.

Approved March 18, 1884.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts of the state of Virginia do
forthwith draw his warrant on the treasurer of the state in
the sum of three hundred and sixty-two dollars, in favor of
the Virginia State Agricultural Society, it being the amount
paid by said society to J. W. Southward, sheriff of Henrico
county, for licenses on merchants and showmen at its exhibi-
tion in the county of Henrico, in eighteen hundred and
eighty-three, on October thirty-first and November first and
second of said year.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
