That the sccond section of the act passed by the general as-
semblies of Virginia and Maryland at this present session, en-
titled an act to regulate the taking of oysters in the Potomue
river, Shall be understood and construed to forbid the having
In possession of any oysters taken in the Potomac river, and
not to forbid the transportation of oysters over the waters of
the Potomac, which have been taken in any other place.
