accounts to revoke the appointment of collector of delinquent tax in
arrear and collateral inheritance tax.

Resolved (the House af Delegates concurring), That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby directed to
revoke and cancel all appointments heretofore made of col-
lectors of delinquent tax and of tax in arrear, and also of col-
lateral inheritance tax.
