Chap. 394.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 4 of an act incor-
porating the Lynchburg Street Railway Company, approved March
3, 1882.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section four of an act to incorporate the Ly nchbur g¢ street
railway company, and to make valid the acts of said company
under a charter theretofore granted to it by the circuit court
of the eity of Lynchburg, approved March the third, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-two, be amended and re-enacted so
as to read as follows:

§4. The capital stock of said company shall not be less
than ten thousand dollars, nor more than one hundred thou-
sand dollars, divided into shares of twenty-five dollars each ;
and each share of stock shall entitle the holder thereof to
one vote, either in person or by proxy, at any meeting of the
stockholders.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
