Chap. 38.—An ACT for the reliefof John W. Grubbs of Clarke county.
In force January 28, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
John W. Grubbs of the county of Clarke, on the payment of
fifty dollars, within thirty days after the passage of this act,
be, and is hereby released from the payment of a fine of one
hundred and twenty-two dollars and fifty cents, imposed by
the county court of Clarke county, at its February term of
eighteen hundred and eighty-two.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
