Chap. 298.—An ACT to change the dividing line between Ashby and
Central Magisterial Districts, in Rockingham county, Virginia.

1, Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the dividing line between Ashby and Central magisterial
districts, in the county of Roc kingham, he changed so as to
runas follows. to-wit: Commencing at the intersection of the
present line with Dry river, be low Rawley springs; thence
with Dry river down ‘the same to the lower side of William
Lilly's farm, a distance of four or five miles; thence with the
lines between said Lilly’s land and the old Campbell land on
the lett side, and the lands of Heatwole’s, Mover’s, Welch’s,
and Showalter’s. on the right to the old line; and thence with
the old line.
2. This act shall be in force from and after the first day of
July, eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
