Chap. 293.—An ACT for the relief of James B. Willis.
Approved March 4, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts, be, and he is hereby directed
to draw his warrant on the treasurer of the commonwealth,
in favor of James B. Willis, for twenty dollars, payable out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
the same being the amount erroneously assessed against him,
on a certain tract of land in Madison county, Virginia, and
paid by him into the state treasury.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
