Chap. 268.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Protestant Epis-
copal Theological Seminary and High School in Virginia, to acquire
and hold additional property.

Approved March 4, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trus-
tees of the Protestant Episcopal theological seminary and
high school in Virginia, be and are hereby authorized and
empowered to acquire and hold personal property in addition
to the amount they are now authorized to acquire and hold
under their charter: provided said additional amount sball
not exceed the sum of five hundred thousand dollars.

2. This act shall take effect from its passage.
