Chap. 208.—An ACT to make Middle river, in the county of Augusta,
between certain points, a lawful fence.
Approved March 1, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Middle river, in the county of Augusta, be, and the same is
hereby declared a lawful fence from the point where it crosses
the Valley turnpike to the point where it crosses the county
line between the counties of Augusta and Rockingham.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
