Chap. 188.—An ACT for the relief of S. J. Johnston.
Approved February 26, 1884.
Whereas, 8. J. Johnston has paid into the state’s treasury,
fifty dollars for pedler’s license, which he never used; there-
fore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be instructed to refund to 5.
J. Johnston, the sum of fifty dollars, out of any funds in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
