Chap. 183.—An ACT to more effectually keep in repair the Public
Roads in Accomac county.

Approved February 26, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be the duty of the attorney for the commonwealth
for the county of Accomac at the regular grand jury terms
of the county court for said county, to-wit: At the March
and October terms thereof in every year, or at such terms as
may be designated by the said county court as regular grand
jury terms in each year, to have summoned three persons
from each magisterial district of said county, who shall be
sworn and sent before the grand jury to be examined espe-
cially as to the public roads in the respective magisterial dis-
tricts in which they reside.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
