Chap. 18.—An ACT for the relief of Louis Delarue.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the state and couaty school taxes for the years cighteen hun-
dred and seventy-six, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven,
eighteen hundred and seventy-eigkt, eighteen hundred and
seventy-nine, cighteen hundred and eighty, eighteen hundred
and eighty-one, ‘cighteen hundred and eighty-two, and cigh-
teen hundred and eighty-three, assessed by the commis-
sioner of the revenne for the upper district of Henrico county,
against G. R. Lugnot, trustee for A. Delarue, upon eight
town lots in the town of Sydney, Henrico county, be, and the
same are hereby released—state, county, and school taxes for
each of said years having heen, paid tipon said lands in the
name of L. Delarue, the present owner of said land, against
whom said lands had also becn assessed.
2, This act shall be in force from its passage.
