Chap. 178.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved January
14, 1879, entitled an act to amend and re-enact the first section of an
act approved December 13, 1877, prescribing the time for holding
courts in the twelfth and eighteenth judicial circuits.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act approved January fourtcenth, eighteen hundred and
seventy-nine, entitled an act to amend and re-enact the first
section of an act approved December thirteenth, eighteen
hundred and seventy-seven, prescribing the times for holding
courts in the twelfth anl eighteenth judicial circuits, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§1. That the circuit courts of the twelfth judicial circuit
shall hold their terms at the times and places hereinafter
specified, to-wit: In the county of Clarke, February first,
May tenth, and October first; in the county of Warren, Feb-
ruary twenty-second, May first, and October twentieth; in
the county of Frederick, March first, June first, and Novem-
ber fifteenth; in the county of Shenandoah, January fifth,
April first, and September first; and in the county of Page,
April twentieth, and September twenty-third.
§ 2. This act shall be in force from and after March first,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, and all acts and parts of
acts inconsistent with this act, are hereby repealed.
